About Toby
As someone who's been playing saxophone for over 10 years and a graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, I've got plenty of experience to draw on and help you progress as a musician. I'm also a professional performing musician with experience in a broad range of styles, so I can help you progress and reach your goals no matter the style of music you play.

About the lesson

We'll start off by working on the key aspects of your technique on the instrument, and choose some songs to begin working on based on your current ability and the style of music you want to play. If you've been working on some music recently then we'll use that as a starting point to find areas to focus on.
After this, I'll give you exercises based on your progress to keep building your skills and targeting areas for improvement. We'll also work on new music as you improve to expand your repertoire.
Lessons are typically either 30 minutes or 1 hour and are open to all ages and abilities.

Travel costs: If I need to travel more than 10 miles there will be a cost of £10. Distances greater than 20 miles may cost more, but I'll discuss this with you if it applies.
