I have taught in over 200 different educational institutions, across London, Hertfordshire and beyond ranging from Musical Theatre Course Coordinator at The Arts Educational School, Tring Park to a successful Head of Drama post in Harpenden. Herts. - Which subject(s) do you teach? Subjects taught include: LAMDA GCSE Drama A Level Theatre Studies Singing KS2 / 3 Music - Tell me about your qualifications. B.Ed Drama and Spoken Language (Central School of Speech and Drama 1995) 1 Yr Postgraduate Musical Theatre Course (Mountview Drama School) Grade 1-7 (Piano) ABRSM - How much do you charge? I charge between £35 - £40 per hour, depending on location (adding another £5 for travel anywhere over an hour's journey or outside the M25). I have a car and can travel. I always offer a first trial lesson free of charge to ensure that the relationship and the subject being studied is right between student and teacher. Special discounts are available for OAP's (£10 per lesson). NB. I charge a full daily rate for any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. - Where do you teach? I live in Camden Town, NW1. I am happy to travel to you, depending on requirements of the lesson. For Drama lessons I would generally need a large ish clear space. For music or singing lessons I will require a piano or keyboard to be present if I teach at your home. I have a car and am willing to travel to most places within and just beyond the M25 (Please see additional pricing policy above). I can also teach from home. - When are you available? I have excellent availability and I am generally available during week days (both during and after school hours), as well as some Sundays. If I am ever not available, I will ALWAYS re-schedule lessons to suit you. - Which ages and levels do you teach? I teach from age 5+ years up to adults and the elderly. (Please specify if you are or have a gifted and talented student or if there are any special considerations such as mobility issues etc) - Which qualifications do you prepare your students for? I have worked with a few different tutors, but Leigh has a way of making me learn in a much more intelligent, fun and practical way without being patronizing and is always making me laugh and enjoy his lessons.
