My support is delivered online (no face to face meetings). My sessions involve steering students to find the answers themselves through essay plans, spider diagrams, stretching questions, as the students understanding of the topic is essential to achieve the high grades.
My primary focus above all is individuality. Having tutored students as young as 5 and as old as 55, from beginner to intermediates to advanced students including some with special needs, the most important thing I have found is developing a personality in the instrument. The approach to the lesson must be particular to the student.
Hello Everyone. My name is Megan. . I am a young and enthusiastic singing teacher, who has a lot of passion for musical theatre and pop. I have been teaching for two years now and love to share my enthusiasm of the arts to all my students. I am also a wedding / events singer so have lots of experience performing and can teach microphone skills and performance skills also.
I provide one-to-one tuition to complement the student's formal studies (typically school A Level/GCSEs). My aim is to foster an understanding of the concepts that the student is finding hard to assimilate in the classroom in a more informal setting where they may feel happier to ask questions, or work at a slower pace.

My teaching approach is based on introducing a topic, reading and discussing the ideas, practising the necessary skills, independent work and then a check of the work. We use drama, speaking exercises as well as reading and written activities.
I am a flexible teacher. I use lectures and seminars, as well as group work-shops, to explore issues. I have a methodological approach, and I build each session on the personal development of my students.
Looking to tutor from Secondary upwards to undergraduate degree level in areas of History.
I teach by being patient and understanding that everybody learns differently. It’s society that gives us these labels, but we are all just different learns, in our own unique way. I too struggled in school, but I learnt by accepting help.
I can provide comprehensive tutoring on Psychology for students undertaking it up until A Level. I will cover the foundations of the approaches to psychology, and the major theories that make it up. I will then go onto teach the important critical skills that are required for high end marks.
I assess the needs of my students and provide them with the activities and exercises that they require to achieve their goals. I believe in a strong grounding in the basics supplemented by fun activities and a balance of skills including reading, writing, speaking and listening. I use realia, pictures, sound files including songs, videos and games as well as more traditional grammar exercises.
My online teaching methodology is to concentrate on conversational English. If you are a Spanish speaking student, I also explain everything including the grammar in Spanish. This is a very special service which most TEFL teachers don't offer. My students advance in conversation with the correct pronunciation very quickly.
My lessons are practical and can be tailored to any subject my clients would prefer. From conversational chatter to the most formal and professional business formats, I am able to construct conversations and communication so that it is as articulate and polished as possible.
My teaching is fun and exciting. I love my students to enjoy what they are learning and to be encouraged to always want to achieve their full potential no matter how hard it may feel. Practice makes perfect and is the key to gaining success.
As a tutor I would like to understand what is required to do well with any examination or assignment given to you. I would understand the syllabus and then find the most important points to focus on, where people usually slip up, and what they are after in their exams.
I concentrate on having real life conversations and trying to relate to students life, as this is the best way to remember new words. Grammas is a big part of the lessons too. Everything depends on the level of knowledge.
Personally I don't like to call it teaching as the individual is the one in control, and i'm a guide. The individual will be the one in control of their choices and opinions. And my role is to guide them in the right to direction to what they want their desire to be.
My teaching methods would be to highlight the most important things you need to know, and create a simple and easy to follow method to working through problems. I would like to make answering exam questions second nature to you.
- I give problems first to gauge where the student is at with respect to the material. Then I focus in on the weak areas, helping the student to realize the concepts themselves. I have a geometric approach and use pictures wherever possible. - I have a friendly, somewhat informal style of teaching, running lessons more as a discussion than a lecture.
I am a second year student studying at university towards BSc (Human Biology) with French. I aim to complete a PGCE after my third year of study. In the past, I have completed volunteer work at pre-schools, primary schools, a library and with people who have additional needs.
I like to teach on a one to one basis as I believe that each individual has their unique way of learning. My teaching methodology consists in understanding each pupils learning method and interests and adapting my lessons accordingly.
Lessons depend on the style of dance, the age of the student(s) , whether it is a group or private class and the individuals themselves. I teach routines and technique and tailor classes to the needs of the students. I try to make sure all classes are fun and engaging through ensuring the routines are challenging but without being too difficult and through being upbeat and encouraging.
I normally concentrate on the 30 70 rule with 30% being theory based and the remaining 70% practical. Dependant upon the experience and capability of the student I will tailor the lesson to match.

All depends on your level of language and in the capacity of the person: for example first level : Alphabet words sentences vocabulary text and simple questions second level : reading and writing different texts, to let the student more familiar with the language and give him chance to create his way of speaking and writing. grammar and exercises.
I base my lessons on questions and exam techniques something commonly missed in school lessons. My lessons are student led and tailored to individuals and the topics they require the most help with.
I love to impart knowledge and have a very patient and caring manner. I want you to do well and will strive to get you doing your best.
