I create a learning plan with each student prior to teaching. This is updated when all learning outcomes have been met. There is no rush and it doesn't matter how long it takes you to learn something. If you are struggling we will look at different ways we can approach the problem.
My teaching method is based on working design process; I will set a task and by demonstration and collaborating we will work through the process of research, development and evaluation, answering any questions that are raised at any point and solving any problems we encounter.
