My teaching method involves a combination of activities to build long-term skills, as well as assisting students with assignments and classwork from school. I work to establish the level at which my students are achieving, and from this I formulate an individual learning plan for them which takes into consideration their own learning goals.
Whilst in China I taught a wide range of students from Year 6 to Year 13. I prefer a smaller class as it often leads to stronger development of students. I go into my classes with basic lesson plan but often divert from the plan to accommodate the classes needs.
