I plan my classes according to the student's individual needs. I enjoy tutoring and believe that in a one to one or small group environment the student can progress much better as they are less afraid to ask questions. I would use motivational activities such as word games, crosswords or listening to songs and videos for those who find this helpful.
I approach each topic very differently, and like to cater my teaching methods to the student; both their skill set and also their wants and needs for that particular lesson. I have volunteered at a Primary School in York, and also currently volunteer at a Secondary School and Sixth Form College in East Yorkshire.

My teaching methods can be very versatile depending on the needs of the customers. For example I have taught French to adult wanting to know how to get by when holidaying in France by teaching them useful modernised sentences.
I emphasize my teaching of French language on lively and actual conversations to avoid discouraging pupils with the dense and sometimes discouraging grammar. I use the creativity and imagination of my pupils to energize my lessons and make them interactive and attractive. I am a patient, creative and adaptive teacher.
My method is based on the requirements and ability of the student to tailor the teaching to specific goals desired. Aims and objectives will dictate the pace and structure of the teaching. Practice and repetition will be key to the learning process, and fun even more so.
I am a 25 year old MSc student, giving French lessons to either groups or individuals, as preferred.
