My teaching method is to look at how each individual student tackles a question and explain topics in a way that is more catered to their particular style of learning. I also find that introducing some mini problems in a small starter type question to engage them, before getting started in detail on the topic really helps students to focus.
Visualising the problem is key. My lessons will focus on what things actually mean and where they come from, as opposed to "blind maths". I am studying for a masters degree in physics and am happy to teach A level maths or physics (including further maths).
My teaching approach and methodologies are highly engaging and interactive, my objective is for students to become confident in the knowledge they obtain whilst promoting a highly enjoyable experience.
I would give lessons to those up to a GSCE level including primary school etc. In terms of lessons I would cater to what each individual needs. Generally I would approach a topic a week/session with extra time if needed.
Actually I teach my students the learning techniques[How to learn, concentrate & memorize along] with their academic knowledge.Learning techniques make learning easy and save much time.Applying these techniques in daily life can be fruitful as "Learning is life".regards.
I give people individual help and provide them with resources when needed to ensure they feel confident with subject content. My style is to assist with school work and develop mathematical or scientific skills that have been already taught in school.
I prefer to give lessons to GCSE students and also students in their first year of Sixth Form. My teaching methods consist of consolidating content by means of note quick brainstorming and then reinforcing weak areas with practical methods such as answering as many appropriate past paper questions.

I can teach GCSE maths and A level pure maths. I don't have any set methods or structure because I don't have any professional experience, but I try to understand what kind of method the student understands best (visual, auditory or kinetic) and try to teach according to that.
I have 12 GCSE's one of which is an A in maths and I also have a maths A-Level. I can provide lessons for students studying maths GCSE. I can teach most parts of this including the new 1-9 syllabus. I am a passionate and enthusiastic mathematician who pursued a degree in physics due to an interest in solving problems.
I approach each learner differently as not all children learn the same. I observe the child and look for the best way to help them.
I have three main distinctions in tutoring that makes be better than most other tutors out there: .I have found that the greatest challenge in those who struggle with Mathematics is lack of motivation. One way that I tackle this is by starting on easier questions and working up to the harder ones, allowing my students to feel confident in there abilities without the fear of failure. .
My approach is to go through each topic the learners have done in class(initial assessment ) and that will enable me to quickly identify their strengths and areas of improvement, afterwards we will focus on past exams papers which will become a formality after the learner has grasped all the chapters they have covered with me.
Hi, I'm a gap year student with an A in a-level maths, and would like to give maths lessons up to GCSE level. My aim is to cater specifically for the needs of each individual student and create an environment in which they can feel comfortable asking questions and for help so that I am able to aid them in improving their mathematical abilities and strengthen areas/topics of weakness.
I base my teaching classes on required syllabus, assignments brought by the student and any special request of the student at the time. However, I working at the pace of the student.
My teaching method varies with what the student is comfortable with.
I am extremely passionate about educating individuals and creating excitement around mathematics which sparks curiosity. Our first lesson will consist of a formative assessment which will aid identifying your strengths and weaknesses in the area of mathematics. An analysis of data will allow for a tailored programme to suits your needs and requirements.
I assess the starting point and talk to the student about what they'd like to achieve. Then I look for some interesting relevant resources to use. I like learning to be challenging and enjoyable.
I teach secondary mathematics to KS3 and KS4 pupils, I focus on using the "I, we, you" methodology - I give a clear example, we try some together, followed by repeated practise. I ensure lots of use of exam-style questions, even in KS3, to help make progress towards GCSEs.
- Classes After the free inital assessment has been performed then lessons are tailor made for your child. These lessons concentrate on areas of weakness as well as working on their National Curriculum subject. Sirius Tutoring Centre also works towards SATs, modular and GCSE exams in English, maths and science.
My teaching methods are normally teaching lessons and revision methods then testing ! However, i am willing to help students in their individual ways.
