My teaching method is very simple. At first I will give a test to my students to identify their strengths and weakness and then we'll take them each at a time to work on it and improve. I aim not just to explain a new lesson but also to help the student to find their own way of proving a theorem or a new idea. I always intend to make the lesson interesting and funny.
I have a very laid back way of teaching and have had many successes with students I have worked with, my most recent student went from not achieving a grade on the higher mathematics paper to obtaining a solid grade 6 over 9 months. I treat every student as an individual and accommodate to their specific needs for the best outcome.
I am a doctor in maths with good experience both as a teacher and a tutor from secondary level up to higher education. I focus on giving my students a customised way of improving their skills through examples relating to topics they can handle and thorough practice on harder problems.
My teaching method generally relies on revision guides or notes from teachers as a base, from this I cover as many areas as necessary in as much detail as required.

I approach by learning the very basics and make the student understand why and how it works so it sticks in there mind.
Having been tutored myself in my A-levels I have a feel for what works and engages tutees. I like to start off by either giving a mini test to the student to identify weak areas- or if that seems a bit daunting, I would just have a chat with the student about what they would like to focus on. I always end the lesson with a few questions to really make sure we have covered the topic at hand.
So far I have taught at homes but would be happy to use Skype aswell. I usually ask that my students bring a list of topics they are most unsure on and we can try example questions together and then work on exam/practice questions. However the work we do can vary depending on personal needs .

My teaching method would be to cover the different types of questions in a particular topic that could be examined or that need to be covered and for each of these, explain how to calculate each type of question, doing practice examples with the student and then getting the student to give similar questions a go by themselves.
My primary concern when teaching children is ensuring that they feel relaxed during my lessons. I am quick to gain knowledge of a child's current progress and use this information for the content of the lessons I deliver. I endeavour to make sure the lessons I deliver to the children I teach are as fun and interactive as possible.

Fun teacher that wants to get the best out of every child but in an exciting way! For some children work can be boring so personalising the learning and creating activities to stimulate the children is the way to go.
- Classes Class Ethos We aim to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the class. We talk to every child while they are in the classroom, and they can also turn to our trained assistants for friendly advice and help. Personal organisation and consideration for others are encouraged. Students are expected to bring a sharp pencil to class and to do their work quietly, without distracting others.
My teaching approach can be quite traditional or more relaxed depending on what your child is more comfortable with. I'm more than happy to adapt to suit the individual needs of your child.
My teaching method is based purely on the student, I like to associate things that the student knows or enjoys to develop their understanding of the topic
My teaching method is simple.I explain step step by process and my approach to individuals differ from one to another depending upon there standards.
I prefer to begin by working through a topic slowly with students, giving them a chance to understand the topic and ask any questions. Then, I discuss the information learned with the student and challenge them with harder questions about the topic.
I am a reliable and self motivated person, who would out of their way to ensure my students pass. I have given lessons in sats, GCSE and A-Level. My lessons structures include going over what your school teacher has taught during the day. I will make it more simpler and easier to understand. Just before exam session starts I will go over any past exam papers, through the questions and methods.
I understand that not every student will have the same level or method of learning. Therefore, throughout my teaching I obtain feedback to ensure that you are satisfied with my method of teaching. The method I use will be a combination of teaching, allowing discussions so that students can learn from each other, and frequent assessments to evaluate your learning.
I assess the student(s) and apply the most appropriate strategy possible. No 2 students are the same so I adapt.
