Am flexible and friendly tutor, who would love to teach and feel that students understand fully. I always try hard to make sure students achieve their targets with a full understanding of the subject. I would like to use a variety of visual aids during my teaching, I make it interesting and practical in nature. I apply different teaching methods based on the need and ability of the students.
I teach students based on their curriculum (for younger students) or specific exam boards (for GCSE and a level students). I also give homework to consolidate the topics learnt.
I teach to students up to A Level and I have a thorough understanding of all levels up to this. I prefer to work flexibly with my students, understanding their learning style and planning my lessons around that. Often I will do guided examples and then encourage independent work before marking the students' work collaboratively.
I will provide free learning resources to my students and will regularly provide exams to test their improvement . I will teach in the way the student prefers me too and will assess different teaching methods to see which is best .
I will effectively teach and explain difficult concepts of GCSE maths and make it easy and break it down into understandable concepts by going over lots of practice questions as well as applying the knowledge learnt to real life situations!
Hello, I am a Masters (MPhil Medicine) graduate of the University of Manchester, previously graduating (BSc (Hons) Biochemistry) from the University of Leeds. Within the scope of my tutorials we can explore and re-learn topics from GCSE to Bachelors level Science, including triple sciences, statistics, biochemistry and introductory computer science.
My lessons will be based around what my students are currently studying at school or college. I advise students to present me with issues they are having with certain topics, or individual maths problems that are causing them grief. I would ideally set some work to do between sessions, and a portion of the time in each session would be going over what they've done.
Hi, I'm Sam and I live in Manchester. I have a first class honours degree and a PhD in chemistry from the Australian University. I've tutored many students over the past 10 years in SAT, HSC, GCSE, A-Level and NCEA level chemistry and biology. I love tutoring and helping students to realize their full potential.
My teaching methodology is based around exam style questions as this best helps boost exam grades. I will accurately assess what the pupil knows and any misconceptions they may harbour so I can address and correct them appropriately to give a good foundation to then look at higher level questions to ensure they can access the majority of a paper.
I am freshly familiar with the current A level syllabus having completed the qualification only 2 years ago. My lesson structure will primarily focus on how to meet every requirement of the exam specification, to minimise any potential marks lost in the exam due to silly errors.
I try to be a friend and not a tutor. I make sure that the students actually enjoy their lesson. I prefer to be more creative instead of being an old style tutor.

I am a PhD student of the University of Manchester. I am interested in handling both primary and high school students My teaching method is more of an engagement style. My style is to make each lesson simple, attractive, friendly and yet very detailed.
My teaching methods vary according to the student. I start by asking questions to understand a student's initial knowledge and form a structured learning plan based on their strengths and weaknesses. I also help students come up with personalised learning techniques.
Hey, my names alisha and I am offering lessons to any primary and secondary school students needing help with maths and chemistry. lesson structures are easy and simple to follow constructed from subject specifications. simply to learn via understanding simple concepts and then to build up knowledge via questions from past and practise papers.
Mine would be very hands on, walking you through the basics and walking you to a level where you would be confident with the whole course. I feel context helps with learning so a discussion of the course would be included as well as my own experiences with the experiments I may have performed that are related.
I am a chemistry degree graduate and I am set to do a teaching course as of September so I am already geared up for teaching. I will tailor my lesson to what you need, whether it is exam paper wording and practice or learning the content, I am very flexible. I am able to fit my time around your schedule and willing to do as many hours or days as you like.
I am an enthusiastic tutor.I have a passion of chemistry. I am very confident and ach in a friendly way.I like face to face teaching with writing notes.
My sessions will be very much tailored to what the students need: how much they know and whether they need help with understanding concepts or answering questions well, or both. Before the sessions, I will find out which topics the students want to look at, and find the necessary resources so that I am prepared for the sessions.
I teach with molymods, lots of diagrams, and drum the importance of terminology Chemistry can be very abstract so it is important to make the subject as tangible as possible.
I will give lessons to all students up to the standard of GCSE. I am very patient and willing to explain concepts in different ways. I like to over questions together including past papers to improve exam technique. I am very willing to mark questions too in my free time.
Hi! I'm a PhD student in chemistry at Oxford University, recently handed in my thesis and moved back up north near Manchester. I'm keen to pass on some of my knowledge in chemistry and biochemistry to keen secondary school students or undergraduates.
I am a post graduate in Science but I prefer to give lessons in Maths. I tutor various students from primary to secondary. The primary students who appear for the entrance exams of different schools also come to me. I also tutor resits.
I hope to offer a laidback approach to lessons catered to the needs of the individual, having been tutored myself by various different tutors I hope to pass on their passion for the science. In my lessons I hope to spend time first understanding the concepts or basic knowledge required then the remainder of the lesson being spent applying the knowledge developed previously.
I am currently a science teacher at an independent school where I have completed a degree in chemistry from the University of Manchester and chemistry is my specialist subject area.
