I'm looking to pass on my extensive knowledge of psychology that I have gained through my two years with the Open University ( so far) as well as the additional qualifications I've obtained on the side. Please read about those below.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge, where I studied Human, Social and Political Sciences, specialising in Sociology and Psychology. During my A-Levels, I achieved 3 A*s in Sociology, Psychology and Religious Studies, and I achieved an A in AS Level Spanish. Since graduating last year, I have worked in an international school in South Korea.
I tailor my tutoring to meet your needs, to develop your on strengths, show you how to improve your output in terms of style, structure and content, and to expand your horizon of thought in your critical appraisal of the materials you need to be engaging with.
I have a systematic and creative approach to teaching and learning which enhances learning skills as well giving the students from GCSE to Masters level tools for getting the most out of the tutoring for high grades. I teach in a way in which learning becomes a joy.
A friendly and enthusiastic undergraduate student from Tanzania currently studying a Bachelor in Psychology at the University of Westminster. I am considered to be an introvert and therefore prefer focusing on one to one sessions.
I TEACH -SOCIOLOGY, PSYCHOLOGY AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEARN ENGLISH I CAN ALSO HELP WITH THAT. I'VE TAUGHT PRIMARY SECONDARY AND A LEVEL STUDENTS ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS AT HOME AND ALSO AT THEIR HOME INCLUDING TUITION CENTRES.
I am a PhD research student who has been tutoring for three years. I provide 1-1 tutoring sessions for undergraduate, postgraduate and AS/A Level Psychology. Sessions can be held either face to face or online to suit the needs of the student.
I am empathetic, patient, and believe in a holistic teaching approach for all students. I take time to provide an individually structured learning and support programme for each learner.
My teaching method is based around giving my clients confidence in achieving their academic goals. I make sure that I pay close attention to the needs of my students, in order to provide personalised and successful tutoring sessions. I like to create flexible lesson plans as well provide resources to aid in further understanding of particular topics.
Teaching is something that I have always enjoyed doing. It helps me connect with different students and influence their lives by helping them teach. I have worked with variety of age groups from primary to secondary to special needs. My teaching methods are customised depending on the needs of the student.
My lessons will reflect GCSE or a level content and will flow along what the pupil needs help with.
I approach each topic using powerpoints and white boards, making sure my student is well interacted and understands before we move on.
Different methodologies, depending on what suits different individuals and everyone learn differently
I teach my classes up to degree level. In my classes, I utilise a number of different strategies and approaches based on the learner's preference for learning (visual, auditory, etc.). The aim of my classes is to make the learning fun! Lesson structures include a brief introduction and refresher on the topic at the beginning.
A happy student is a successful learner! I am a lecturer who has previously taught students at level 1 to level 4. I believe in interactive methods of teaching, incorporating digital teaching methods where ever possible. Rapport will be created to ensure that the lessons will be based on the students needs and desires.
My Experience Includes One To One Lessons ,Pairs And Mini Groups . Also Lessons Online Through Chat And Skype,Flexible With Arrangements As Such.
I work hard to understand my students’ interests, strengths, and abilities so that I can form a strong, functional relationship with them. I am kind and friendly, as I like my students to feel comfortable enough to ask me questions and approach me if they feel hesitant or are struggling with a particular topic or concept.
I believe hands on practise is the key to learning. So the methodology which functioned for me was constructing detailed plans and practising lots of exam questions. After all, what we study is all in an emergent goal of passing our exams.
I am currently a Masters student at UCL completing a course in Cognitive Neuroscience. I graduated with a first-class honours degree in BSc Psychology. I will be able to provide support in essay writing and revision for exams, along with helping you gain confidence in using SPSS.
I am a friendly, female Teacher, with previous experience teaching Edexcel and currently teaching AQA Psychology A levels. I deliver interactive, grade-boosting, lessons online, or in person, and like to keep them as fun and memorable as possible- as a mix of media and exam practice definitely makes lessons more effective.
I obtained MSc degrees in psychology and forensic psychology, and BA degrees in philosophy and sociology. I have ten years of experience providing lessons on these subjects for different levels: undergraduate, masters, diploma, GCSE, AS level, A Level and secondary school. I am based in London and can offer lessons in person or online.
