I prefer to teach in small groups or one-on-one lessons in order to really understand students strengths and weaknesses in a topic. I like to build confidence in students who never previously believed in themselves and I do this by taking a considerable amount of time going over pieces of work and demonstrating what they succeeded in and how small changes could help to improve their work further.
