This is where I come in.
Hi!
My name is Jeyda and I would like to offer you the opportunity to embrace the genius that you are and see how easy Mathematics can be, during 1-1 online tutorial sessions with myself.
I empower my students to acknowledge and believe in their own academic brilliance, by giving them the 1-1 time they deserve to grasp the language of numbers in a way that resonates with them and sticks.
Many students go through school life viewing Mathematics as this impossible mountain for which they do not have the ability to climb. My job here is to show you how we all have the tools to climb Everest, it merely depends on the route you take.
We are all wired differently, meaning that not all of our minds are designed to absorb material taught by traditional, outdated, didactic classroom methods. However, we all have the capabilities to follow logical steps that make sense. Luckily for us, Mathematics makes sense. Therefore, by giving the time to explain the subject in a way that resonates with the way that particular student's brain works, allows them to grasp the language of Mathematics in a way that makes it easy. In a way that they'll never forget.
My sessions last for an hour, the first 30 minutes will be to assist the student in any area they are struggling with, this will involve pulling apart the problem/topic to ensure the student fully understands the ‘Why and How’ behind the numbers. The second half of the session will be putting our new understanding to practice with examples.
