About Tahmid

Hi, I’m Tahmid, a dedicated and approachable Business and Management undergraduate (Level 4) at Bournemouth University. My passion for business stems from my academic journey, where I achieved a B in A-Level Business and a 6 in GCSE Business.

As someone who has studied under the AQA and OCR exam boards, I understand the challenges students face and what it takes to succeed. My experience allows me to connect with students, simplify complex concepts, and provide practical strategies to boost performance.

Outside of academics, I enjoy collaborating with others, solving problems, and continuously learning, which reflects in my teaching style. My goal is not only to help you excel academically but also to build your confidence and develop a genuine interest in business. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

About the lesson

My teaching approach is centered on making business concepts easy to understand and relevant to real-life scenarios. I believe in interactive learning, where lessons are tailored to your specific needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Using real-world examples, past papers, and active discussions, I ensure you not only understand the material but can apply it effectively in exams and coursework.

Practice & Application (20-30 minutes): Guided practice using past paper questions, case studies, or real-world scenarios to solidify understanding.
Feedback & Homework (5-10 minutes): Constructive feedback on your progress, tips for improvement, and optional homework to reinforce learning.

Real-World Connections: I link theory to practical examples, helping you see how business concepts apply beyond the classroom.
Interactive Learning: My lessons are engaging, focusing on active participation to enhance understanding and retention.
Flexible Support: Whether you need help with exam technique, coursework, or understanding core topics, I adapt my teaching to meet your goals.
Together, we’ll build your confidence, strengthen your knowledge, and achieve the results you’re aiming for!
