About Judith
Teaching is something I have a passion by inspiring young individuals to achieve their true potential.
I am an experienced, enthusiastic and focused teacher who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the education and well-being of children and young people at all times. Currently, I am teaching 'A' Level Chemistry (P/T) at an Inner London Academy. I am passionate about giving young people the best possible education in life, and enjoy working in a busy environment. I am able to establish supportive relationships with students and their parents and with the aim of promoting and reinforcing a student’s independence and self-esteem. I have the ability to inspire and lead with skill & determination to make a significant difference to the life of young people.
Key competencies:
Able to keep students focused by developing exciting and interesting lessons.
Using homework to consolidate and extend learning and encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own learning.
Able to monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning of pupils effectively.
Sound subject knowledge and an ability to use assessment effectively to keep learning move rapidly.
Tutoring Experience:
I have over 20 years of experience in teaching Chemistry at GCSE & A level. This has given me the ability to differentiate my teaching to suit individual student’s needs.
I meticulously plan and deliver well-structured lessons which engage and motivate pupils.
I differentiate lessons appropriately, using approaches which enable pupils to be taught effectively.
I use a variety of teaching resources.
I have more than 10 years of experience as a private tutor with other tutoring agencies.

Improving the performance of lower attaining students: making the Chemistry more enjoyable.
