About Jake
I am currently studying MSc Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). My research interests lie in studying the growth paths and institutions of developing economies.
My undergraduate degree was completed at the University of Bristol in BSc Economics where I received First Class Honours. I specialised in Microeconomics, Development Economics and Econometrics. My undergraduate dissertation analysed the effects of land reforms in India on productivity growth.
In my school days I achieved A* in Economics A-level. I also studied Maths (A) and Physics (B) to A-Level and Further Maths (A) and History (A) to AS-level.
