About Parisa
I have taught in primary schools and helped students pass their SATs. I have acquired two grade 9s (A**s) in both English Literature and English Language. Additionally, I have recently received an A * in English Literature at A-level.

I approach the lessons with first assessing the student's strengths and weaknesses, in regards to lack of confidence and academic struggles and begin aiding in these areas. For example, if the student has a particular struggle with a certain topic, I will teach it to them first and then go through revision techniques of being able to remember it. From there, I recount the basic fundamental knowledge that is required for the subject and then progress to more challenging topics.
I set my students essay questions for homework which we then work through during lessons. As I have personally and recently done these exams I am very familiar with what the examiner's are looking for in essays and know the most effective methods at gaining the highest marks.
