About Monica
I am Monica and I am Namibian. I am a gymnast of my own and am interested in being a gymnastics coach because I want to help every gymnast or want-to-be gymnast out there reach their goals like I did. I want to give them strength, hope, passion, and confidence with a bit of effort and hard work. I believe we will make it work. DON'T GIVE UP

you will learn simple tricks like splits, cut wills, backflips, front flips, handstands, etc and some interesting additions on your floor routines. you will also benefit in strong muscle strength, level of speed and fitness and balance. i am mainly focused on making your floor routines the best and toping the beginners. we also help those who had injuries to get back on their feet our goal is to make u the best, our mission is to help u rise up to your career, and our aim is to promote you to the next level
