I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer & have been in the industry since 2013. I have extensive experience in 1-2-1 coaching, Bootcamp’s, weight loss, life coaching and business etc & researched many supporting Areas such as nutrition, hypnosis, meditation to name a few.
