Irina is just brilliant at what she does. She pushes me enough to get visible results and motivates me to keep going but not too much so that I don’t want to go back. Irina is a wonderful person and an excellent trainer. I am 69 and have arthritis in my right knee and lower back; I was hobbling when I walked. I met Irina when I was starting to try and use the gym as I needed to lose weight and gain strength to reduce the pressure on my knee. With Irina's diet plan and regular training sessions I have lost 2 stone and walk properly; I can do 6 kilometre walks comfortably and have so much more energy. Irina always varies the exercises and pushes my limits (a real taskmaster but lovely with it!). She is always attentive to ensure that the exercises are being effective and not aggravating my arthritis. I would recommend her to anyone; she is excellent.
