I can provide personalised, specific plans tailored to your needs and goals. If you already are a member at a gym I can ensure they are specific to the gym equipment available at your gym if you are not a member of a gym I will ensure that the plans are appropriate to what you have available to you.
I will have access to your plan constantly which will allow me to ensure that you are staying on track and can therefore change and adapt anything where necessary.
I can also offer zoom sessions which allows for correct instruction of technique to make sure you are completely the exercises correctly
