About Cam
I’ve always had a strong interest in health, fitness & sport, with tennis being a big part of my life. Through my own training & experience in sport, I’ve developed a real appreciation for the importance of looking after your body, managing the demands of training & making time for recovery.
I’m a friendly, down to earth person & I want clients to feel comfortable from the moment they meet me. I understand that everyone is different, so I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach.
I enjoy meeting new people & creating a relaxed environment where you can switch off from everyday life :)

My massage sessions are designed around you & your individual needs, whether you are looking to support recovery after exercise, ease everyday muscle tension or simply take some time to relax & unwind.
I’m a level 3 qualified holistic massage therapist, specialising in sports massage, Swedish massage & deep tissue massage. I take a personalised approach to every session, adapting the treatment & pressure to suit your preferences, lifestyle & goals.
With a strong background in tennis & regular sports training myself, I have a particular understanding of the demands that sport & exercise can place on the body. Sports focused sessions can be particularly suitable for active individuals, gym goers, runners, tennis players & anyone who regularly puts their body through physical activity.
Whether you want a relaxing Swedish massage, deeper treatment or a sports focused session, I aim to provide a professional, comfortable & welcoming experience.

My standard rate is £50 per 60 minute session.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment with the remaining balance payable on the day of your treatment. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
