About Tavia
I have just recently finished my A Levels and taking a gap year before I go to University to study sociology combined with with another subject. I thought that teaching sociology in my gap year would be a good way to consolidate my learning whilst helping others as the subject is something I really enjoy.

At the start of each 1hour lesson we will begin with testing you on what you already know or can remember and doing some active recall. We will then go over any content you do not know or understand including theories, concepts and studies. Following that will cover essay prep and how to plan, structure and write an essay under timed conditions. During the following session we will start with writing the essay from previous lesson repeating this format every 2 lessons.
I teach the topics Education with Research Methods and Theory, Culture and Identify, Mass Media and Crime and Deviance.
