About Luca
Hi! I'm Luca, I'm from the Southwest of England, and I am currently studying at a top sixth-form college in the country taking Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science at A-level.
I am also a Grade 4 pianist, and training for black belt in Taekwondo!
I'm fascinated with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and also interested with self-improvement as well as helping others excel in their subjects.
I am aiming to get 4 A*s in my A-levels after recieving top GCSE grades, and I hope to help you achieve similar!
I aspire to go to a top 10 UK university and study either Chemistry or Astrophyiscs. I'm really passionate about studying climate change and innovating solutions to that, and I am considering it as a potential career opportunity, but I also have considered doing a computer science related job as I also see this as a vital area in the future.

My typical lessons are 45 minutes to 1 hour long, but can be flexible, and I will go through a topic of your choice from GCSE Chemistry or Physics and focus on the parts that are understood the least.
I will find the parts that need the most work, can adapt quickly to all types of students and can use analogies and other methods to help with understanding a harder topic.
I encourage independent thinking and active recall which is scientifically proven to boost memorisation of content for a subject or topic.
I am an experienced maths tutor for EasyA, and I also currently tutor Chemistry and Physics on the Discord Partnered GCSE/A-level revision server.
Questions can be asked at any time, and I can reccommend revision resources, methods and software to help you after lessons that are mostly overlooked by students.
Difficulties can be from all ranges at GCSE and below (ages 11 to 16). AQA exam board is preferred but can do all exam boards with no issues!
