About Roy
Hello there, I'm Roy; I'm a final year college student of A level Spanish, Economics, Italian and Politics. I'm bilingual with a natural ability to pick up other languages; and I want to teach because I believe I can channel this ability into helping others to pick up Spanish, learn it properly and improve their grades. I get fulfilment from doing this and I love to see when someone I'm helping is understanding a theme or topic better than before I helped them.

I'm a big believer in the sentiment that every person learns differently. Some can learn through simply listening to their teacher, whilst others need to be shown how to do things with examples. Personally having a learning style which involves both of these types gives me a good understanding of how they both work and therefore getting the most out of students with both learning styles. The typical range for a lesson is 1 hour but I am happy to change that based on the student and their needs. I do not have much experience as a formal qualified tutor however I have plenty of experience with informal sessions with classmates of mine during our year 11 GCSE period and therefore know my way around teaching someone the GCSE course. These lessons can be either for foundation or higher tier at GCSE level.
