About Tomatom
I am a level 2 swimming teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching 3 year olds all the way up to pre comp swimmers. (Level 3's just means you can coach more)
I've taught in a number of swimschools around London as well as in Australia. Before teaching I used to lifegaurd and watched the lessons take place.
I'm known for my technical knowlege and explinations and told I'm almost like a science/maths teacher the way I teach.
I'm currently in the [long] process of writing my very own book to do with the subject which I hope to complete some day.
I'm very honest and open and will do whatever I can to help you achieve your goal in the water.

I have a very unique teaching method. At least that's what I'm told by my students.
I teach with explinations and facts to back them up. I use physics and biology to help my students understand what they are doing is either right/wrong, hard or easy.
Because of the way I teach, I'm able to help people just by my advice and drills.
I specialise at illiminating fear for beginners or novice swimmers scared of deeper water and I focus alot more on the mindset behind it all.
In terms of techniques, I have no particular set, It's always changing. I use what works. Everything I've taught I've tested. I'm one of the few teachers who is happy to addapt my aproach.
My philosophy is, it's not about the methods. It's about the results.
