About Kyle
For over 3 years, have worked with students from all different backgrounds and nationalities, with varying goals improve their English skills. I've helped people prepare for interviews, sales meetings, English exams, and even dates, touring English-speaking countries, and navigate a world in English! I also have learned a 2nd language myself (Thai) and I understand the difficulties of integrating in with a new culture while learning the local language, so my approach is always relaxed but still goal oriented! I also have experience working in corporate sales, hold 120 hour TEFL and TESOL certificates, and have created a system that is aimed and improving any area of English that you'd like to focus on (speaking, listening, writing, etc.) Feel free to reach out with any questions! Hi! My name is Kyle, an English teacher from upstate New York. I’m passionate about helping people improve their English skills. I have 3 years of experience teaching English and hold both TEFL & TESOL certifications. I spent 2 years in Thailand, where I taught English to students from many different countries and skill levels. I specialize in helping beginner and intermediate learners improve and feel more confident. I also have experience in helping students with IELTS preparation and real-life English practice. I believe the best way to improve your English is through conversation. If you prefer a more structured lesson, I also have high-quality learning materials and can create a personalized lesson plan just for you. As a language learner myself (I studied Thai while living in Thailand), I understand that learning a new language can be hard. My teaching style is patient, goal-oriented, and I always try to keep things relaxed so you feel comfortable as you learn. In addition to teaching, I have 5 years of experience working in corporate sales, so I can also help you with business English or casual conversation.
