About Saray
Hi, I’m Saray, a 21-year-old graduate who’s recently been through the school system, struggled with it quite a lot, and really wants to help out students who find it daunting and stressful. I will help support you through your academic journey, no matter how far in you are. I want to show you how GCSE and A-Levels are not all that daunting but instead can be enjoyable once you have the hang of them. I’ve taught GCSEs previously and worked alongside my previous students to help them in areas they’ve struggled with. I want to work as a team and find the best way to learn is ultimately together.

Methodology: I believe in interactive teaching. I want to know the areas where you struggle and how we can combat them together. I dislike lessons where tutors simply talk to you. I will help you understand the best methods for revising and ultimately enjoy the subject.
Lesson length: 1 – 3 hours weekly. Open to flexible times, whatever suits you.
Previous experience: I have a 9 in GCSE English Literature, an A* at A level English literature, A’s in History, and A’s in Sociology. At University Level, I have specialised in all three and have a 2:1 in all. I am currently preparing for a PGCE in Primary education and have six months of experience in online tutoring GCSE English literature with Coachbright.
Targeted: Preferably teaching GCSE and A level English literature; will also be comfortable leading History and Sociology A level. No age minimum/limit.
Rates: £7 per hour. Can be discussed
