Hi, my name is Markus and I am a 22 year old producer studying music production at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. I am looking for opportunities to teach production further. My goal is to take your production to the next level, and for you to get a significant progression from the lessons.

Norwegian
No previous experience with music production or Ableton Live is required. The lessons are tailored to your level, goals, and the equipment you have available. Although the main focus will be electronic music, the lessons can also be adapted to other genres.
Topics we can work on include:
• Arrangement and music theory: Song structure, chord progressions, harmonisation, and transitions.
• Sound design: Using synths, automation, and creative use of effects.
• Recording: Microphone technique, basic acoustics, and soundproofing, as well as recording and producing vocals.
• Mixing: Buses, routing, signal flow, and processing.
The lessons are practically oriented, and we learn the concepts by producing music from scratch. The goal is for you to understand both the theory and how it is applied in practice.
The course is suitable for both beginners and more experienced producers, and is especially suitable for those of you who have tried to learn on your own through online learning, but want a clear structure and personal guidance.
