About Taylor
I am a university student with a strong academic background in English, sociology and education. I have experience in supporting students in both classroom settings and tutoring settings. My experience with students through learning support, tutoring and educational programs have all helped me develop patience for learners, and taught me how to be adaptable. I enjoy helping students build confidence in their learning, especially in reading, writing and language development.

I create a supportive learning space where all students are able to build confidence within the English Language. All lessons are based upon the individual student's academic goals, creating a timeline and pace that works for the student. With a strong focus on English as a Second Language and literature, I help students improve reading comprehension skills, writing, speaking, grammar, and literary analysis. My approach is patient, encouraging and created to make learning feel less stressful and more rewarding altogether. Whether your goals are understanding class material, preparing assignments, or improving everyday English practices, I work with students to make progress that they can recognize beyond the classroom setting.
