About Ricky
I’m Ricky Joshua, and this is my journey. Growing up in London wasn’t easy. My dad struggled with his own emotional and mental well-being, and seeing that shaped me — it gave me compassion, empathy, and a drive to understand people at a deeper level. Life threw its challenges at me too, from the streets to experiences that tested me at every turn. But I didn’t let that define me. Through knowledge, determination, and sheer will, I turned my life around. I’ve built businesses, led programmes for young people, and created platforms like Mindset with Ricky to help others see what’s possible. For over 20 years, I’ve been driven by one thing: empowering people to understand their power, master their mindset, and define what success truly means for them. This work is personal to me. I’ve lived it, I’ve learned it, and now I guide others to create their staircase, their ladder, and their pivot — to take control and live their best life, with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
