About Keyan
I am Keyan. I am from Gloucestershire, where I attended Pate's Grammar School before going on to study at the London School of Economics, where I graduated in 2026.
I have been tutoring for over 4 years, starting with Maths and English tutoring for pre-GCSE students. Since then, I have gained experience tutoring students from KS2 all the way through to second-year university across a wide range of subjects.
During my time at university, I continued tutoring and supported fellow students with their economics courses, helping them understand complex concepts, prepare for assessments and improve their exam performance. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how to teach both A-Level and degree-level Economics, adapting my approach depending on each student's goals and current level.
I credit much of my tutoring success to growing up in such a large family with many younger cousins, nieces and nephews. This taught me how to communicate effectively with people of all ages and understand that every student learns differently.
I am proud of my job and strive to provide a personal experience for every student. Whether you are aiming for an A* at A-Level, trying to achieve a first-class degree result, or simply looking to improve your understanding, I make sure each lesson is tailored to your needs and that you get the most out of your investment.

Whether you're thriving in economics and want to take it further towards a career in academia, or you're struggling to keep up and want to get back on track, I can help.
I offer tuition across a wide range of university economics modules, including microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance, economic development and more. Every student receives a personalised learning plan tailored to their course. Before we begin, simply send me your module curriculum, lecture schedule and any assessments or exams you'd like to achieve a first in, and I'll create a structured lesson plan around your goals.
The first lesson is completely free and gives us the chance to get to know each other, discuss your objectives and identify any areas that need attention. We begin by building a strong conceptual understanding before progressing to exam technique, coursework support or assessment preparation.
A-Level
Are you (or your child) aiming for the grades needed to get into your dream university, or simply looking to improve in Economics?
I teach Economics by focusing on genuine understanding rather than memorisation. By combining a strong conceptual foundation with targeted exam preparation, I help students develop the confidence to tackle any question they face. I also provide support outside of lessons, so students can ask questions whenever they need guidance.
I have successfully helped students achieve A* grades and have experience tutoring Edexcel A, Edexcel B, AQA and OCR Economics specifications.
