My teaching method is to work with physical functionality, this is not only to maintain optimum physical health but also to encourage lifelong practice - to continue to develop strength and flexibility simultaneously. The foundation is Self-Love and Science. We use the science of the body and the neuroscience of the mind to deepen the love and respect that we have for ourselves. Developing gratitude and positive intention through the class paired with the physical exercise is a brilliant way to achieve wholesome results that affect not only the constitution of body and mind but filter into all aspects of life.
The classes are focused on the INDIVIDUALS body and needs, we set milestones and then enjoy the journey. This means that regardless of whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, it is for any BODY and it can move at whatever pace feels comfortable. There is a lot of feedback during the sessions, even in a group setting.
It is my passion to activate the "I feel amazing!" in people. To know that it is possible to be balanced and peaceful and that with support, those changes are initiated and executed by the client.
It is a teamwork and it is possible. Everything and anything that I preach, it is guaranteed that I have practiced it and it has been beneficial to me. I am an advocate for personal experience and encourage that in all the students I have taught and still teach.
I have been giving lessons since 2010. Students have most importantly learned techniques in consistency, we work on lasting results - not only physically, also in general health and wellness, stress-reduction, self-empowerment and lifestyle changes with positive habits and reframing. It is a holistic approach. Students have achieved more balance, some have even gone on to train and work in the wellness industry to help others feel great.
