About Arun
I am an enthusiastic Learning & Development Professional. I have been part of L&D for 4 years, working as a consultant in Infosys BPM Ltd. I have trained over 2000 professionals and to be honest i would like to see that number go up even more. My "Mantra" is very simple - Learning is a constant process of discovery which fuels the Confidence in ones' life.
My Goal - to help students learn the English language and become confident.

About the lesson

1. Learning will be primarily focused on Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening of the Language
2. Pre & Post Assessments are instrumental in knowing the students overall level and progress
3. 20/80 rule will be followed in most classes (20% - Trainer speaks and 80% participants speak)
4. Feedback will be shared with students regularly to help them grow as the classes progress
5. Classes will be experiential in nature
6. Students will be given assignments on the topics completed
7. Thorough review will be conducted of the assignments
The Most important part - Students will be having fun learning the language :D
