I take online classes from Anjana sometime, she is patient and very good at teaching. also it was so easy to do online, high recommend her!

Anjana is a great teacher. She is an expert in Dhrupad vocal music and she is very talented for performance also.
She is extremely precise with microtuning in ragas and very skillful in voice technique for singing.

I had the chance to be taught Dhrupad by Anjana few month ago, she is very knowledgeable about the culture of the voice, how to get to the proper "Dhrupad voice" was clearly and patiently demonstrated during our sessions.
She also know a lot about the differents raags identities and how to slowly and carefully reveal them through sound.
Her knowledge and experience is very valuable and I will come back to her teaching whenever the opportunity will present itself again.

I would highly recommend Anjana Iyer as music teacher. She is well reputed and highly experienced in the field of Indian classical music and dhrupad. She has amazing voice culture well versed with all the vocal technicality and unique teaching style. I started learning from her from the very first begginning with absouletely no knowledge in music and used to messed up with( paltas and ragas) but the ease of comfort and confidence she gave i started grasping each and every nuance easily. She has great knowledge of breathing techniques and voice production, InitialIy i used to have breathing problem during singing , she made be do some breathing exercises which really helped. She is absouletely passoniate about teaching music which reflects in her teaching methology. She catches your weakness easily.

Anjana ma'am has very unique style of teaching. To develop the whole range of our voice, she gives many tips and demonstrations. She is very patient when it comes to improvements and weeknesses. Hello i want to share my own experience as a student of Anjana .
I am long term student of Anjana and I feel very grateful to be learning from her .
She always know exactly what student need to improve she teach fully with dedication and intuition and give the student so much attention and awareness.
I had lots of voice problems since some years and had a lot of tension in my singing .
Anjana is learning me to sing in a way that I have no voice problems anymore and I feel motivated and feel a lots of changes.
She is so dedicated as teacher and she explain everything very good and with love .
I feel now as a Western that this music if we understand it and produce it properly we can also sing it in the way it should be and also feel nice for listener.
She also mention very clear my mistakes without giving tension about but I can understand how to improof and she helps a lot with having a free voice .
After each class I feel really happy and motivated .
I really feel that because also of her pure nature Anjana really makes her student grow.
She sing herself in a very beautiful and pure way and she really show us a way in this music a path .
