About James
Over my past 3 years, I have successfully recovered from a binge eating disorder, food addiction, and have lost 10 kilograms of body fat. In the process, I have developed a plethora of tips and tricks that you can use to topple anything between you and your goals. My experience also allows me to converse with clients about the mental difficulty attached to nutrition; it's a difficulty commonly neglected.

I teach my classes in a manner that allows me to build friendly relationships with clients. I am very flexible in the way that I and my clients make contact; my services are available through zoom, phone, facetime, Whatsapp, or Instagram. I can also provide customized plans for my clients to follow that allow them to make progress in the easiest way possible.
