About Kylea
Right after I graduated high school I became a personal trainer certified by NASM and I kinda did a little online training with some family members and friends shortly after that I joined the military since then I’ve been just focusing more in my military job, but I have not forgotten how important fitness is especially while being in the military with Withholding to the standards and helping to encourage people to meet the standards and be consistent with their fitness goals.
