Solution Architect National Grid “Electricity Market Reform” (EMR) a project to build the solution for the administration of the EMR component that includes a SharePoint 2013 based portal and CRM 2013. I worked with that National Grid to design and deliver a Self-Service portal for energy providers to compete in the energy generation market.
Solution architect responsible for the full life cycle implementation at the Lloyds eCRM project. I work with the various stakeholders (Business and Infrastructure) and delivery teams to deliver a new CRM solution for the various LBG division form Scottish Widows to UK wealth, Halifax Mortgages and other. The project uses the Dynamics CRM Platform with integration to LBG back office. I work with the offshore team to ensure delivery on time and quality.

Astrium – Dynamics CRM Service Manager / Architect 02/2012–03/2013
Various Astrium subsidiaries implemented Dynamics CRM solutions, some use shared platform and some stand alone. In my role I build and managed the various environments, using Dynamics CRM Multi tenancy capabilities. I worked with the subsidiaries on analysing requirements, configuration, training, security and customisation to ensure that they get the best out of the platform. For some subsidiaries, I worked with 3rd party suppliers such as Logica to deliver, install test and support solutions they provide. I was gatekeeper to ensure that the deliverables meet the functionality, standards and release policies I set up. Taking into account the complexity of the Astrium group and environments, it required a complex solution to support a large number or different domains that do not trust each other and, each has a different security teams and policies. I also work on an upgrade from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 for a subsidiary.

Worked on the implementation of the Case Management solution for Barclays Capital, using MS CRM 4.0. The solution is for 40 different Barclays Capital departments and integration to other Barclays BackOffice systems.
