About Luca
As a French tutor with 16 years of experience, I have helped 150 to 200 High School and College students improve their understanding of the language and achieve their learning goals. My teaching philosophy is to make learning simple, engaging, and meaningful.
I believe that students perform better when they enjoy the subject, so I focus on creating a positive and interactive learning environment. I use real-life examples, structured lessons, and conversation-based teaching to make lessons practical and relatable. I also support students in exam preparation and help them improve their overall performance.
One of my notable achievements is helping students gain confidence and achieve better results. Many of my students have developed strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning French.

My approach to teaching French is designed to combine clarity, engagement, and practical language use. I use real-life examples, case studies, and conversation-based activities to help students understand how the language works in authentic contexts.
I follow a flexible teaching style, tailoring lessons to each student’s level, pace, and goals to ensure effective and personalised learning. I promote collaboration by involving students in interactive discussions, exercises, and role-plays that strengthen fluency and comprehension.
I also provide a compassionate and supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. In addition to French, I also teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and cultural awareness to give students a holistic and practical learning experience.
