About Olive
I’m a teacher, life coach, cognitive behavioural therapist - all ages catered for. I have many years experience supporting children, young people and adults with various transitions and life events in their lives. Know that you always have choices in life. To be or not to be, that is the question.

My teaching methodology is person centred, holistic. It can be directive or non-directive depending on clients needs and preference. My approach is well paced, brief and intensive to get results. It is solution focussed. I also provide opportunities for inclusivity, creativity, and accessibility to all persons. My support is facilitated in a non-judgemental, non-threatening way.
