Being trained and worked with pedagogy and androgogy, I will first analyse the student context, their backgrounds, where they need the support, etc. If I don't have this information, I will first get a thorough understanding of the subject, create scafolded objectives based on bloom's taxonomy. Will make lesson plans, inclusive of a hook, guided practise and independent practise. My main objective would be to make the lesson relevant for the student, which will give them a strong conceptual base. I would also keep space for continuous feedback from both sides, so that the learning process is effective and enjoyable :)
