About Asibabale
I am a graduate with National diploma and advance diploma in management. In the second semester I would be doing my postgraduate diploma in management of finance. In my undergraduate and postgraduate studies I participated in few of the societies in our csmpus one was Department of Learning and Teaching Development which is for tutorship. So I have worked under this department for three years helping my peers with financial accounting and financial management. Another second societie that I participated in was Enactus so under this societie I was a project officer for our campus and also one of the active member. Last year I created tutorship business it's main focus was helping student with financial accounting, financial management and economics, but unfortunately it never lasted because student didn't want to pay and data was costing me a lot. Last December to the end of April I worked as an Educational Assistance.

As we are still in this pandemic blended learning in one of the thing that I thinking it good for me and others to use. So the method that I like to use is participative and role play method. I choose this methods because students have their own chance to contribute their own ideas and also some of the students in my sessions when I was a tutor they understood something when it is role played. So all in all in my classes we worked as a community.
Lesson structure
Step1- First thing I would do was to disseminate information about the chapter.
Step2- Ask question if they understood.( Participative method)
Step3- Dealing with the questions. In this case it when we discuss or calculate about the chapter.(Participative method)
Step4- creating groups For the chapter. So in the groups is a mixture of the individuals those who understand, in between and those who don't understand. I didn't want to create group for the whole year or semester because I saw that some people are good in other chapters and some aren't.
