About Patrick
你好! Nǐ hǎo! My name is Patrick and I am a first year student at the University of Manchester, I am studying politics and Chinese. I have studied Mandarin for seven years and have always been fascinated by Chinese linguistics and culture. I have been a Maths, English and 11+ tutor for the past 2 and a half years and I have loved to watch my students develop their knowledge and confidence. Chinese is a beautiful language, and with it being the second most spoken language globally, it is becoming increasingly relevant on an international scale. Once I have understood your required level and prior experience with Chinese, I will create lesson plans to support you and assist you in reaching your goals. For students currently in high school, I am able to tutor you up to A-level standard. If you have a child who is primary school age, I have over two years of experience tutoring 4-16 year olds and can assist accordingly to your child's needs.
