For each student I will devise different lesson plans to suit their needs. I would first ask the goals that you expect having after the lessons (e.g. I want to be more fluent in oral speaking, and I want to reduce my accent). Then I will start making a plan with the student in terms of the learning period. For long-term students, I would start by working with their weakest topics, spending sufficient time to explain the theory in depth until they are comfortable with the topic. For those who want to get some outputs in a short-term, I would also give my personal tips on their needs, in which they can practice in private time.
