About Violeta
I am a health and wellbeing specialist with six years of clinical experience helping people move and feel better. My approach is holistic, combining manual therapy with my background as a degree-qualified nutritionist and personal trainer to cover every aspect of physical health.
In my clinical practice, I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, and pregnancy treatments, as well as Swedish and Indian head massage. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method; I use my expertise to tailor every session to what your body actually needs.
Beyond working with clients, I am passionate about raising the standards in our industry. I offer my skills to mentor and train new practitioners, helping them develop the technical skills and clinical confidence needed to succeed. Whether you are here for recovery, nutritional advice, or fitness training, my goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier foundation.

My mentorship focus is on helping new practitioners bridge the gap between their initial qualification and becoming a confident, clinical therapist.
I offer hands-on training that goes beyond basic routines. We focus on:
Refining clinical techniques in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.
Understanding how to integrate Cupping and Indian Head Massage into a standard treatment.
Developing the "clinical eye" to assess and and assist efficiently.
Managing client expectations and building a sustainable career in wellness. If you are a recent qualified looking to sharpen your skills or a, I provide the practical insights I have gained from six years on the floor. I am here to help you turn your training into a successful, results-driven practice.
