Kate is an amazing masseuse! Each time she massages me I feel so much better afterwards and I know she has worked hard because I'm not an easy client with my back! I have been to other masseuses in the past and I haven't felt the same, I have not felt they have worked on my muscles enough. She certainly knows her stuff and as a result of my treatments has become a very good friend who is extremely reliable and trustworthy.
I met Kate via my chiropractor about 10 years ago, I had regular massages at the time which always helped me feel better mentally as well as physically. Kate also advised me on nutrition and has a wealth of experience in the industry.
I used to visit kate for regular massages as my back, shoulders and legs were always hurting.
kate gets all the information needed about your health and then concentrates on the most benificial treatment for the individual person.
She definatly knew a lot about the body and how it works and informative about why the muscles act the way they do.
I would and have recommended her to family and friends who have also benefited from her treatments. I have no doubt that she will make an excellent tutor.
