I am a master student currently completing my thesis and majoring in civil engineering. I studied in Taiwan with local scholarship. I have experienced worked for a multinational company in Cikarang. My teaching method is always do the deep talk with my students and to find out about how they can except the class and perceptions of my students. In order to make it easier for me to teach and make my students enjoy taking classes more. And for group classes, I will often do assignments together and also continue to do the deep talk with each student. Because while do a group class not all of students can understand the class like others. Everyone have their own way how to learn something. So that each student can understand the lesson well and not be left behind with other students
