Tutoring is not only a job but an art of technics to figure out the right approach for every student.
Approaches may differ depending on the goal, personality and age of each student.
My method consists on guiding the student to the right answer and help him find his best way for learning, discover and build up his talent. Student should be active on learning not just a listener or executer. Exchange is priority.
