About Nyra
I’m an English tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Master of Education in English Language Learning. I specialize in teaching young children using fun, engaging, and play-based methods. My lessons often include songs, stories, games, and crafts that help kids connect with English in a joyful way. I believe learning should feel like an adventure, especially in the early years. I focus on teaching phonics, early reading, and basic conversation through movement, rhythm, and imagination. Children learn to listen closely, speak with confidence, and explore language with curiosity. I create a warm and encouraging space where every child feels safe to try, make mistakes, and grow. I adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s pace and interests, making sure they feel supported and excited. Crafts and games are more than fun—they’re powerful tools for building vocabulary and communication skills. I love seeing my students light up when they understand or say something new. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build clear, confident English step by step. I teach practical language skills that are useful in everyday life, work, and study. This includes grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, along with speaking, reading, and writing. I also specialize in business communication, email etiquette, report writing, and presentation skills.
Each lesson is shaped around the student’s needs and learning pace. I focus on real-life language use, so students can apply what they learn right away. For those adjusting to a new language environment or reconnecting with English after a break, I provide extra support and understanding. I help students build strong foundations and feel more at ease in both formal and casual situations.
We practice through role-play, writing tasks, and guided conversation, which builds confidence and fluency. I give helpful feedback and tools for self-study so progress continues outside of class. My goal is to help every student speak and write English clearly, correctly, and with purpose. I’m here to support your growth—whether it’s for work, school, or everyday life.
