About Lukas
Hello, I'm Lucas Dillon, currently based in Fort William, Scotland. As a Business Student at the University of the Highlands and Islands , my academic journey has fueled my passion for all things related to nature, business, herbalism, and holistic well-being.
Nature has always been my source of inspiration, and my interest in plant medicine runs deep—I could talk about it for ages. This passion has driven me to embark on a journey to start to and hopefully in the future establish my own wellness store in Fort William. I envision it as an all-encompassing wellness center, catering to the diverse needs of individuals seeking natural products, holistic services, and nourishing foods.
The venture I'm currently building from the ground up is named Caledonian Wellness Co. It's more than just a business; it's a manifestation of my commitment to fostering well-being in the community. Being a highly motivated and creative individual, I approach my endeavors with a sense of empathy and a keen awareness of the world around me.
While pursuing my goals, I am not only driven by business acumen but also by a genuine desire to help and heal people through the knowledge I've gained. Natural healing practices and a profound connection to nature are at the core of my values. My overarching goal in life is to contribute to the betterment of individuals' lives through holistic approaches, and I'm excited about the positive impact Caledonian Wellness Co. can bring to Fort William and beyond.

I follow a straightforward approach where I provide informative lectures on naturopathy, aromatherapy, and herbal product making. These lectures are designed to be clear, engaging, and easy to follow.
After each lecture, I assign practical homework exercises. These assignments are hands-on and aim to reinforce the concepts covered in the lecture. They could include simple herbal product making tasks or practical applications of naturopathic principles
Lectures typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, sometimes longer allowing enough time for a thorough understanding of the topic. The homework assignments are designed to be manageable and complement the learning objectives.
I hold a Master Herbalism qualification and am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner with practical experience in herbal product making also a business owner/company director for Holistic Wellness . My goal is to share practical insights gained from real-world application.
These lessons are suitable for anyone interested in natural healing methods. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, the lectures and homework are tailored to accommodate various levels of expertise. The approach is simple and accessible, making it suitable for adults of all ages 17 and above
