About James
I am aged 26 and recently completed a PhD with the University of Southampton, UK and A*STAR, Singapore. I work on some of the most difficult problems in turbulence physics! I also have a Master's degree in Aerodynamics and Computation and a Bachelor's in Maritime Engineering.
Outside of work, I'm a keen adventurer! I love to go climbing, mountaineering and hiking in my breaks.

My passion for learning is what I bring to my tutees. With my expertise in pushing the boundaries of science, I'm ideally placed to effectively help unlock your own skills and knowledge.
I am constantly learning and inventing novel concepts myself, so I am experienced in breaking down difficult ideas and communicating them with others. As a tutor, I will tease out the key understanding you need and expand your limits using the same approach I take for myself.
